How to delete your data
Insta Flow stores only what it needs to publish your scheduled Instagram content. You can delete it at any time.
Option 1: inside Insta Flow
- Log in and open Instagram accounts.
- To remove one Instagram account, click Disconnect. Its access token, scheduled posts and uploaded media are deleted.
- To remove everything, click Delete my account and confirm. Your profile, all connected accounts, posts and media are permanently deleted.
Option 2: from Instagram
- In the Instagram app, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- Find Insta Flow and tap Remove.
- Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the token and data for that Instagram account. You receive a confirmation code you can check on our status page.
Option 3: email us
Send a request from your account email to trambakbansode@gmail.com. We complete it within 7 days.
