Insta Flow ("we", "us") is operated by LunarDMS, 708BS, Suratwala Mark Plazzo, Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra – 411057. Insta Flow lets you plan, schedule and publish content to your Instagram professional account. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and a hashed (unreadable) password.
• Instagram data, when you connect an account: through Meta's Instagram API with Instagram Login we receive your Instagram professional account ID, username, and an access token that lets us publish on your behalf. The permissions are instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_content_publish and instagram_business_manage_comments.
• Content you create: captions, first comments, scheduled times, and the photos or videos you upload or link.
• Payment records: the plan, amount, date and payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment provider's page. We never see or store them.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs, used for security.

2. How we use Instagram data

We use your Instagram data only to provide the features you ask for:

• showing which Instagram account you are scheduling for;
• publishing the posts, Reels and Stories you schedule, at the time you choose;
• posting the optional first comment you write on your own post.

We do not read your followers or messages, we do not post anything you did not schedule, and we do not sell, rent or share Instagram data with advertisers or data brokers. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only by our publishing service.

3. AI caption suggestions

If you use “Write with Claude”, the brief or draft caption you type is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a suggestion. No Instagram tokens or account data are sent. Anthropic processes this data under its own commercial terms.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service: our hosting provider, Meta (to publish to Instagram), Anthropic (AI captions, only if you use them), and our payment gateway (PayU) to process payments. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

5. Retention and deletion

• You can disconnect an Instagram account at any time in Instagram accounts. This deletes its token immediately.
• You can delete your whole Insta Flow account in Instagram accounts → Delete my account. This deletes your profile, tokens, scheduled posts and uploaded media.
• If you remove Insta Flow from your Instagram settings, Meta notifies us and we revoke and delete the token.
• Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords and encrypted access tokens, and access to our systems is restricted. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time, or ask us to do it, by emailing trambakbansode@gmail.com.

8. Children

Insta Flow is not intended for anyone under 13, or under the minimum age in your country.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and notify you by email of any significant changes.
