Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and LunarDMS for the use of Insta Flow. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Insta Flow lets you schedule and publish content to Instagram professional accounts that you own or are authorised to manage, using Meta's official Instagram API.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Only connect Instagram accounts you own or have permission to manage.
3. Your content
- You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to store it and send it to Instagram only to provide the service.
- You are responsible for what you publish. It must follow the law, Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and must not infringe anyone's rights.
- AI caption suggestions are drafts. Review them before publishing.
4. Instagram and Meta
Insta Flow is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. Instagram may change or limit its API, including posting limits (about 100 API-published posts per account per 24 hours). We are not responsible for actions Instagram takes on your account.
5. Plans and payments
- Paid plans are prepaid for the period you choose (monthly or yearly) and give access for that period.
- Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by PayU.
- Plans do not renew automatically. We email you before a paid period ends. If you don't renew, the account moves to the Free plan and the Free limits apply to new posts.
- Refunds: If the service did not work for you, email us within 7 days of payment and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Insta Flow for spam, to impersonate others, to distribute malware, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service for breach of these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
